Mission Statement: To protect and preserve valuable environmental resources and the surrounding community by making Chestnut Ridge a low density rural zone.
Update: Read the article featuring our efforts in the Baltimore Sun, click here.
Please get involved and join us as members of the community in urging that the County Council down-zone the 232 acres of the former Chestnut Ridge Country Club to a low density rural zone in order to prevent the destruction of valuable environmental resources and property values.
How can you help? In addition to asking Councilperson Vicki Almond to vote for RC 7, please let your neighbors know what is going on and ask them to visit this website, and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
Please study the issues on the links above and join your neighbors in voicing your support for down-zoning to RC-7.
Thank you Vicky Almond for rezoning the Chestnut Ridge Property to RC-7
